Taspro Cleaning Solutions (ABN 44 396 201 155) provides professional cleaning services across Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, Perth WA, and Launceston TAS. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to items covered in our standard checklist.

4. Access to property

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the agreed time. If our cleaners cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Liability

All Taspro cleaners are fully insured and hold Public Liability Insurance. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.

6. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We accept credit card and bank transfer (AUD). Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tasmanian courts.
